Return to the Nutcracker Suite

Greetings from the road! I've been enjoying the center of the country in Nebraska for the last week or so and am now roaming rural South Dakota. Highlights include playing for two different Lutheran schools in the same day: St Paul in Norfolk Nebraska on Monday morning at 830am and then Good Shepherd in Sioux Falls SD at 245pm. I love playing for kids. Totally cheers me up every time! Vicar Matthew Proeber who is serving at Apostles in Billings Montana has invited me to bring my guitar and sing for a little church 90 miles north in Melstone called Faith. He said he thought that all 10 members might show up for worship at 5pm on Sunday May 13th. God willing, I'll be in Seattle by May 20th to visit with my grandson Van and his family. I'll also play in churches over the 10 days I'm in the area. I stayed a couple of nights in Norfolk with Pastor, Carol and Andrew Schliewe and enjoyed the "Nutcracker Suite." Andrew has a "small" collection of nutcrackers.
